Since its establishment, Banaş has used certified steels with standard norm analysis values as raw materials in the production of machine blades, cutting dies, cutting tools, band saw blades and precision machine parts.

A product portfolio is created according to customer requirements using qualified stainless steels, cold and hot work tool steels, high alloy cold work tool steels, high speed steel, powder metallurgical tool steel, hardened special production band steels, carbide material, lower grade steels and qualified aluminium, polyurethane and fibre materials.

In the production of blades for use in the food, food packaging and medical sectors, qualified stainless steel material is used, which can achieve high performance by gaining high hardness. Stainless steels with high chromium content are also used in the manufacture of perforated sheets, filters and strainers.

In the production of machine blades and cutting tools for the paper, plastic, packaging, textile, medical, automotive and steel sectors, high carbon tool steels, high speed steels or carbide optional materials are used. Product options can be created by applying hardness suitable for cutting technically or by applying regional hardness.

Carbide (Diamond) material, which can show high resistance to wear against the material it cuts and achieve very good performance against friction and serial operations, is also within the scope of production for cutting tools and machine blades. With the machine park that has carbide material technology, cutting edge sharpenings can be made in the desired form on carbide and screw holes can be opened in carbide material.

Alternatives are also offered in coating matters. Industrial coating options suitable for the subject are also available. Industrial titanium or teflon coatings that can show resistance and compatibility against adhesion, dulling, wear and friction can be applied according to the material to be cut or processed.
